Often, title companies are limited on what they can do in-house and closings may even be delayed because the title officer must consult an attorney about a closing. But when the attorney is a part of the closing as a member of the title and escrow team, the process can be quite seamless.

Clients have peace of mind knowing, should the need arise, they will be working directly with her firm, Calcese Law, which is located in the same building. Any issues with the closing are settled promptly because she knows how to resolve each issue, is qualified to do so, and can get it done quickly.
HOW IT WORKS
TTE goes to the client for all closings—in the comfort of their own home, or in a coffee shop. Of course, for those who prefer a business setting, the TTE office is always an option.
- TTE brings all documentation necessary for the closing.
- Once all paperwork is signed, TTE will attend to and complete all mailings and copies.
- Because of their heart for Veterans, Rosemary and her husband Phil—Veterans themselves—hire Veterans for closings whenever possible.
- Throughout the process, and at the closing, all documentation is reviewed and/or backed by an attorney.
- All of these services are provided at no charge to the client.
